In July 2024, a customer in the shellfish manufacturing industry required 15 temporary staff to assist with shell processing. Since the demand was limited to the July-August period, hiring permanent workers was not cost-effective in terms of ROI. Upon receiving the request, two of our experienced team members visited the factory and spent two days capturing every detail of the shellfish processing workflow. This allowed us to create a comprehensive SOP, which we used to provide induction training for our temporary staff. Additionally, recognising that some workers faced language barriers, we translated the induction materials into multiple languages to ensure full understanding and smooth operation.
